Located opposite the Mussidan train station, Pause & Vous is a very good place to eat, frequented by many locals. Chef Hervé prepares his dishes using fresh produce every day, and instills as much creativity as talent! Special mention for the fish dishes (sea bass with sauce vierge, cod with maroilles...). The desserts are not to be outdone, especially since the arrival of pastry chef Cédric: vanilla entremets on dacquoise, pineapple mousse... The dining room is air-conditioned, but you'll want to take advantage of one of the two covered terraces.

Repas très copieux, très bon accueil, très bon rapport qualité prix. Magret de canard sauce morilles (une vraie tuerie), assiette paysane très bonne et très copieuse. Un très bon moment passé dans ce lieu familiale. Merci à toute l'équipe et à bientôt !!!!
