Address with 2 terraces in Mussidan preparing an inventive cuisine based on fresh products and fish dishes.
Located in front of the train station of Mussidan, Pause & Vous is a very good restaurant frequented by many locals. The chef Hervé prepares his dishes with fresh products every day, and instills as much creativity as talent! Special mention for the fish dishes (sea bass with virgin sauce, cod with maroilles cheese...). The desserts are not to be outdone, especially since the arrival of the pastry chef Cédric: vanilla entremets on dacquoise, pineapple mousse... The room is air-conditioned, but we prefer one of the two covered terraces in order to really enjoy.
