Address with terrace in Montpon-Ménesterol serving a bistronomic cuisine revisited of season and fresh products.
Things are moving in the restaurant business in Montpon-Ménestérol. Matthieu Paries has some under his feet as they say. He showed it to us at L'Artenset and he continues to seduce us at L'Eclade with his revisited bistronomic cuisine according to the seasons, the arrivals - because Matthieu Pariès is addicted to fresh produce - and his inspirations of the moment. For experts, the 64°C egg is sublime, the foie gras is similarly fried, the bar with small vegetables is refined, everything reflects the chef's good mood.... For dessert, the Breton shortbread with chestnut cream and poached pear with spices is sublime. The modern and cosy decoration is very welcoming and Marie-Cécile Pariès welcomes customers with a smile and professionalism. In summer, the well shaded terrace is a plus.
