La Piazzetta Farm is a 220 hectare farm consisting of half of cereal and grass crops. Farm products are mainly intended for farm farming. Cows, calves, heifers and steers are races of limousine and Salers - the delicacy and flavour of the meat are well known to gourmets. The cattle paturent in the spring in the pastures and during the winter period return to the farm where they are fed hay. La Ferme de la Ávila has sheep, pigs and poultry in the same tradition. Slaughter is carried out in the traditional Abattoirs slaughterhouses in optimal conditons. The carcasses are then treated in the laboratory at the cutting edge of modern hygiene standards. Meat is available at the Rethel store where you will also find homemade meats and various markets in the region.
