In a chic and cosy setting, the Maison Baudoin restaurant welcomes you seven days a week. Jérôme Trotin, the chef, has a refined gastronomic cuisine which leaves the beauty of Ardenes specialities a great place. It offers a variety of menus and a map whose wealth presents you with a real dilemma when the time of choice comes. These few examples should give you a little idea. Cold entries: the sweet salad in the Foie gras liver (13 €), the foie gras of duck in cloth (14 €), lobster in Belle View (€ 29,50); hot entries: the Pick nuts (16 €), the soup of fish and its rust (€ 7); fish: champagne in Champagne (13 €), the pad of foil and its julienne of vegetables (€ 19); meat: the Grillardin plate (beef net, tender, lamb coast, lard at 29 €), the lamb mouse with fresh thyme (€ 18,50). These dishes are of course served with their topping. A good meal is complemented by a good cheese, here on the trolley (8 €). You will end up with a dessert (6 to 7 €) or the gourmand coffee (8,90 €). To accompany these delights, the wine list blends with choice and moderation.
