LA CHÈVRERIE

In the small village of Exermont, come and taste the good farmhouse cheeses from Nathalie Angles Guerlet's Chèvrerie. A breeder and producer, Nathalie makes her own cheeses in her workshop, with the milk from her farm, 70 chamois alpine goats roaming on 28 ha of pasture. Dishes, fresh or ripened manure, ashen log, Argonne goat cheese tomme, in addition to being delicious, all cheeses are organic!
