Jean-Christophe Leclere has been the only roasting craftsman in the Ardennes since 1952. He selects green coffees from the best plantations in the world: vintages from Yemen, Tanzania, Papua New Guinea... Here everything is roasted slowly (180°C for about 20 minutes) and we guarantee a product without preservatives, colouring agents or additives. Capsule lovers, don't be outdone. The house collaborates with the Capsul'In brand. Finally, for dissidents, numerous teas and various infusions are available on site.
