Based in Charleville-Mézières, the Agence Locale de l'Énergie et du Climat des Ardennes (ALE 08) is a key player in the local ecological transition. Independent and not-for-profit, it offers its expertise to support local authorities and residents in their energy and climate projects. ALE 08 actively supports the reduction of energy consumption, the development of renewable energies and the raising of public awareness of ecological issues.
