MAISON SIMON - SUCRE ROUGE
Confectionery - Dragées
Recommended
Maison Simon has been making red sugar subjects since 1925! The list of ingredients is short: white sugar, water, glucose and bright red natural colouring. The mixture is then poured into cast iron moulds and cooled. Among the subjects to be found: animals (rooster, dog, cat, horse, duck, chicken, lion, squirrel), characters (soldier, man, Blessed Virgin, dancers) or objects (basket, gun, chimney bellows...). A delicate attention to offer.
