Sports and leisure activities Arnicourt

This association of Law 1901 was created a few years ago by Isabelle Mutaux. She is not only the president but also the moderator. Every Tuesday evening, from 20 to 21 hours, the participants will find themselves on a parenthèse of relaxation and conviviality. The courses take place in the right mood and we forget the everyday worries of the day while of course maintaining its form. Exercises are offered and adapted according to age and possibilities. Sessions are open to adults and senior citizens.
