Facing the picturesque Saint-Roch chapel, this little bakery with its façade of exposed beams and small bricks in pure Solognot style is home to a real nugget. Pastry-making is a true family heritage for the De Monte family. With his grandfather and father showing him the way, Mickaël trained with the best. He worked first in Paris, then around the world, before returning to settle in Sologne. Here, he presents a range of top-quality pastries, such as this Christmas entremet where even the box is made of chocolate.

La boutique a été refaite mais la qualité est toujours au rendez-vous.
Tout est excellent. La pâtisserie est exquise, digne des meilleurs pâtissiers parisiens (à des prix plus que raisonnables).
L'accueil toujours souriant.

Boulangerie Pâtisserie refaite avec goût autant que la pâtisserie est plus excellente.
