Respect for the terroir, respect for tradition: for five generations, Domaine Augis has been a reference on the southern slopes of the Cher. The blond flint plots and 80% grassed vines form the signature of the vineyard. Eight wines in the Touraine appellation, two in Valençay, and four "special vintages" including the Réserve Saint-Michèle, a traditional method of slow fermentation.
