LA FERME EQUESTRE DES EYMARIES
Thanks to Dörte Backhaus, the owner, a warm and family atmosphere reign in this completely renovated equestrian farm. Horses are the domain of Dörte. The center's activities take place on 18 hectares of land and wood surrounding the property: pony club, private courses and group courses for riders of all levels, initiation from 4 years old, gentle and progressive approach, thematic internships and hikes during school holidays, (initiation to aerobatics, archery on horseback, show jumping, carriage, pony care, work on foot), hikes adventure for parents and children with bivouac and campfire, boarding, breaking of young horses, walks, etc. Picnics are well prepared and well organized during hikes or bivouacs. Dörte works with her sister Dietberga who takes care of the accommodation for horseback riders, hikers or private individuals. A group gite was built in an ancient medieval troglodytic habitat. The Amazone cottage has direct access to the swimming pool with spring water and the Tilleul cottage with its private terrace and its panoramic view of the valley of horses is full of charm.
