This biodynamically farmed estate is one of the best in the Cour-Cheverny appellation. Proof of this is its regular inclusion in the Petit Futé wine guide. The historic Romorantin grape variety, planted in the ^16th century by royal decree, is grown here. High-quality wine and superb estate. The rosé is a pleasure wine for summer evenings, the reds go well with meats and game, but the cuvée Envol can also be served with fish. The whites, ideal with seafood, can also accompany cheeses or meats.
