New in 2021 at the Vizara: a sauerkraut with trout sausage from Inval and gravlax style and trout fillet with verjuice sauce.
As soon as it opened in 2019, this place seduced the locals. The homemade ice creams with local ingredients use organic whole milk or mineral water for the sorbets (walnut ice cream from Périgord, strawberry sorbet from Vergt...). Special mention for their Iranian pistachio ice cream! The restaurant's setting is nice, chic and casual at the same time. Their menu offers a real bistronomic cuisine: raviole of quail filet with morel sauce, tataki of duck breast with satay sauce, duck stew with Lot hazelnuts, gravlax of local trout... To be tried !
