Close to the tower erected in the Middle Ages by the lords of Beauvoir, this small restaurant has become a sure bet for Blésoise cuisine. The dining room is small but warm, as is the welcome and friendly service. Local products such as catfish from the nearby Loire, sturgeon from the Sologne and chestnuts, mushrooms and wild boar during the hunting season are given pride of place.
