Dances taught at Swingchap include Lindy-hop, Charleston, Blues, Balboa and Shag. These dances have become popular again thanks to films, TV shows and music, notably electroswing.

Its learning program is based on four pillars: relaxation (work of stretching and breathing to help create), contemporary technique (help to develop the ability to explore its own body in space), rhythmic, improvisation and choreographic work.
