Thanks to a strict charter and the care given to the research of raw materials, Philippe Comte and Marc-Antoine Bosquet make breads, pastries, viennoiseries (competition croissants!), petits fours, and logs of great quality. The pineapple-mango brioche without eggs is a little wonder! A success which is not denied since a new store opened in March 2021 on the Place du Grand Marché in Tours and that the two friends won the title of best bakery of the region in a show of M6.
