OLANJALI

The olanjali is a small atypical bird, just like the eponymous caterer who offers a cuisine that is both modern and traditional, inspired by Indian cuisine but more broadly from all over the world. Chitra and Anousha (mother and daughter) brilliantly create buffets and meal trays for all types of personal events (weddings, birthdays, theses...) or professional events (seminars, openings, catering...). From panna cotta and Roquefort with strawberry and red bell pepper coulis to green tea crème brulée, their creativity knows no bounds!
