There have been many twists and turns in recent years for Tours FC, the Tourangeau club ranked in Ligue 2 in 2018-2019, then downgraded to National 3 and then Regional 1 following successive administrative demotions. The adventure of UTBM, Union Tours Basket Métropole, came to fruition in 2020-2021 with a move up to Pro B. In 2021, everyone went their separate ways and Tours Métropole Basket was born! And since then, the TMB has always been at the top of the bill. In 2022-2023, the team was relegated to the NM1 (Nationale Masculine 1), but the Knights are dynamic players and their fans are relentless.
