Since 2022, chef Arthur Viard has been at the helm of L'Accalmie, serving modern, inventive cuisine. A bistro formula that changes every week is still offered at lunchtime at an affordable price, and since 2023 we've been offering a signature gastronomic menu in 4, 6 or 8 courses, with a wine and food pairing. Kebab 100% celery cut up in the dining room, sushi glazed with smoked eel: the ideas are modern and the portions generous. The cuisine is masterful, the decor pleasant and the service meticulous: a fine address!
