This restaurant has been one of Tours' must-visit addresses since 1991. Axel welcomes you with a smile in an authentic setting where tufa stone mingles with exposed beams. Enjoy traditional, home-cooked cuisine with local flavors, such as veal parmentière, Touraine pie with Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine or Touraine beuchelle. The chef's cuisine is refined and sophisticated, and the wines are signed by winemakers from the Loire Valley. As for desserts, they're a sweet way to end the meal.

Nous étions en weekend dans la région de Tours et nous sommes arrêtés dans ce restaurant
Allez y les yeux fermés
Nous y avons très très bien mangé (plat du jour + à la carte)
