Located next to the Palais des Congrès in Tours, Le Chien Jaune, which was taken over in 2023, is a restaurant with an old Parisian bistro style and a 1930s-style decor, with small tables and a lively terrace! In this authentic setting, busy businessmen rub shoulders with tourists. Among the dishes on the menu are garlic-roasted chicken, confit lamb mouse, Beuchelle tourangelle, trou tourangeau and a selection of quality wines: tradition remains the chef's spearhead!
