In a classic style, the Laurenty breathes the elegance and sobriety of the tufa stone. As for the cuisine, Chef Didier Touzet offers only fresh products and menus elaborated according to the seasonality. We can mention the Racan chicken, the roasted sea bass filet with shellfish cream, braised calf sweetbread... A seasonal, varied, original and delicious cuisine. A good value for money! Moreover, Laurent takes care of the service and takes the time to tell the story of the dishes concocted at Laurenty. Ideally located and with a terrace.

Nous avons dîné hier soir au Laurenty. Les plats sont de bonne qualité, mais cher. Par contre j’ai été choqué par le comportement du patron lorsqu’un couple de chinois a demandé un plat à partager, car le patron a soudain parlé fort, soufflant et montrant clairement son mécontentement. Monsieur, c’est une pratique commune dans leur culture. J’ai eu honte de votre comportement.

Nous avons découvert LE LAURENTY ce week-end grâce à nos enfants. Nous avons passé un excellent déjeuner ! Les St-Jacques sont juste à tomber comme tout notre repas ????!
Tout le monde est accueillant et attentif à votre bien-être sans être trop présents.
