This bistro, ideally located in front of the Halles, has become one of the most important places in Tours. Quality dishes are served in quantity in a place where the decoration is very nice and modern. The chef Henri Leclerc concocts his best specialties among which: the beuchelle tourangelle, the supreme of poultry with morels, the beautiful entrecote MDH and the rib of Iberian pig grilled with Espelette. Very nice wine list, and gourmet desserts that make you want to eat! An address that is worth the detour!
