A restaurant in Tours offering refined bistronomic cuisine and a fine selection of wines, with good value for money.
A good address, located a stone's throw from Les Halles, welcomes you in a pretty room whose small size makes reservations almost essential. Since 2015, chef Ludovic Hardoin has been offering quality cuisine that respects the seasons, with an emphasis on local produce. The menu changes regularly according to the chef's whims, and we're never disappointed. Whether à la carte or in the lunchtime menu, dishes are always perfectly executed and finely presented. Add to this a local wine list and a warm welcome, and you've got it!

Nous avons attendu un certain temps notre entrée puis ensuite notre plat... Nous décidons donc de sortir quelques minutes, on nous fait comprendre que les plats arrivent donc qu'il faut nous dépêcher.. on vient nous chercher dehors au bout de deux minutes, les plats servis sur la table.
Le dessert au chocolat avec gâteau inexistant, uniquement des miettes de chocolat posées sur quelques semblant de mousse et 3 framboises.
Plats dans l'ensemble bons mais il ne fait pas avoir une grande faim car pas très copieux. Dommage vu le prix déboursé (un peu plus de 50e)
