Chic and relaxed decoration! Here, the fish of the Loire are in the honor (and some sea fish according to the arrival). The chef Florent Martin knows how to make us succumb in front of our plates: mullet filet, catfish steak, pan-fried eels with parsley. If fish is in the spotlight, meat lovers will not be left out with the heart of rump steak "rouge des prés angevine" and the chef's specialties according to his desires. He cooks exclusively with regional and high quality products. One of the best gourmet addresses in Tours since 2005.
