A superb restaurant offering fine, homemade Mediterranean dishes, a good address in Tours.

Behind Dahlia are two smiling friends, Anis in the kitchen and Paul-Emmanuel in the dining room. In March 2024, they opened this restaurant with the aim of offering fine, tasty dishes with a Mediterranean flavour... And they succeeded! In a soft, warm and vegetal decor that makes you feel good, Anis imagines recipes to satisfy every taste bud. Everything is homemade, and Paul-Emmanuel's service is charming. And what a pleasure it is for vegetarians to discover such a welcoming new haunt!
