Farm to participate in the care of the animals for a day, starting with putting hay in the racks in Sepmes.

In the heart of nature, Sébastien and Claire welcome you to their educational farm, a haven of discovery for young and old alike. Organic goat breeding, cheese processing, cultivation of aromatic and medicinal plants... Here, everything is done with respect for the environment. Take part in workshops on goat feeding and cheese-making... From February to November, book in advance for an immersion experience combining tastings, nature and well-being with the animals. The Cabri store, open Monday to Saturday, sells organic and local products.

Visite très intéressante... L'atelier est enrichissant mais nous restons un peu déçue car il est noté lors de la réservation : "Vous pourrez donner à manger aux chevrettes nées en février, rejoindre leur maman dans les prairies, vous préparerez les rations alimentaires du troupeau, et fabriquerez votre fromage de chèvre.." le fabriquerez votre fromage c'est faux !!! C'est plus tôt un moment de dégustation. On ne manipule rien... Il faudrait reformuler car cela porte à confusion ????....

Fromages de chèvre excellents, à un prix très doux, découverts lors d'une journée cave ouverte, présentés par un fromager très agréable.
Nous ne pouvons en dire autant de la tome, a un prix exorbitant, et qui ressemble plus à du vieux pecchorino
Gros bémol : la fromagère, présente l'après midi, est tout
simplement .... odieuse.

A fuir absolument, pas commerçant - on a vraiment l'impression d'être une liasse de billet et rien de plus. Proposition de découvertes pour les enfants, mais pas du tout adaptées, ni qualitatives.
