The very good Bistrot d'Hier becomes the Table des Halles. Sacha Couvreux is still at the helm, having taken advantage of 2021 to expand his restaurant. In the plate, the chef already married traditional cuisine with a contemporary spirit. Today, he is moving towards gastronomy without abandoning his first love. With an emphasis on local products, he proposes refined and tasty dishes that evolve according to the seasons. You can enjoy the renovated setting, the colorful dining room and the terrace in fine weather. A beautiful address!

Un excellent restaurant, j'ai eu un réel coup de cœur pour la cuisine ainsi que le lieu qui est très beau.
Les plats sont raffinés avec une vrai signature du chef qui se ressent tout au long du repas.
La serveuse est également souriante et agréable. Je ne peux que recommander ce restaurant.

Nous avons choisi le menu Grand Tour, délicieux des entrées aux desserts. Félicitations au Chef.???? Service impeccable, avec le sourire malgré le nombre de tables à gérer. Adresse à conseiller sans retenue. Nous reviendrons.
