Pascal Bury took over the family delicatessen in 1990 to develop a catering activity. All the products are home-made and of high quality. As for the delicatessen, discover the rillons, the rillettes, the white ham with Guérande salt without nitrite, the black pudding, flagship products of the Touraine gastronomy... Qualité, service et authenticité des produits faits maison, une adresse qui vaut le détour, dommage qu'elle soit en retrait de la ville de Tours car le déplacement est amplement mérité.
