Excellent accueil même tardif ( après le spectacle)
Mais température basse dans la chambre malgré le chauffage au rdc (11), repas du soir très mal digéré (omelette au fromage) et petit déjeuné peu garnie pour le prix.
J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel 3 étoiles, qui offre des prestations globalement correctes. Le dîner était agréable : les plats étaient bien préparés et le choix proposé était varié, ce qui est très appréciable.
Cependant, certains aspects mériteraient une attention particulière. L’hôtel montre des signes de vieillissement, notamment dans la salle de bain, qui gagnerait à être rénovée pour correspondre davantage au standing attendu.
Un point qui a particulièrement marqué. Défavorablement mon expérience est l’accueil par le réceptionniste. Malheureusement, son attitude n’était ni chaleureuse ni professionnelle, ce qui m’a laissé une impression très mitigée dès mon arrivée. Il serait peut-être judicieux de revoir la formation ou l’affectation de cette personne afin d’améliorer l’expérience client.
En résumé, un hôtel avec du potentiel, mais qui aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement et d’un effort particulier sur l’accueil pour offrir une expérience pleinement satisfaisante.
