This pear and apple tapée producer located in the pretty village of Rivarennes owes its fame to these same fruits prepared according to ancestral methods (the drying of the fruit was already practiced in the Middle Ages). You will have the choice between pears, apples and prunes, offered plain or in jam in unexpected spice combinations. Please note that all these delicacies are made exclusively in wood-fired ovens.
