Gourmets beware: the Fossé Saint-Ange is a place not to be missed in Richelieu! After a minor refurbishment, the establishment reopened its doors at the beginning of 2024. The new owners are committed to showcasing French cuisine in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. In the dining room, Yohann, and in the kitchen, Collis, who has worked in some fine establishments. Collis works with fresh, local produce to offer a three-course, home-cooked menu. Yohann is also an opera singer! Discover it for yourself!

Excellente soirée passer dans ce restaurant. Un accueil au top et au petit soin de la part de Yohan et Collis, zéro fausse note au niveau du repas, de la présentation au goût tout et parfait. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr ☺️.

Repas en famille pour les 20 ans de ma fille.
Accueil très agréable avec un service au top.
Le choix est bien difficile car tout à l’air excellent sur la carte et lorsque le plat choisi arrive, on n’est enchanté, mais on n’a aussi envie de goûter le plat du voisin ????
Rapport qualité prix excellent.
