Goat cheese is one of the specialities of Tours. Why not take the experience a step further? With So Chèvre, Sébastien Duboc is trying the adventure of energy bars made from goat's milk. After finding partners who were seduced by the project, rice and coconut or spelt and hazelnut bars were born! These snacks, called Capri, are energetic, healthy and tasty. The taste is surprising, but the tasting is pleasant. Sébastien wishes to develop new products based on goat's milk. You will find them in the region's grocery stores, at many events where eating well is in the spotlight, and on order via the website.
