The town of Montrésor is classified as the «Most Beautiful Villages of France». The visit is worth a visit! This city has a very rich heritage: castle, Saint John Baptiste College, and the medieval village with the Halle Hall and the Chancellor's house. There are numerous walks, including on the banks of the Indrois. A day can benefit from all the attractions of the city and enjoy the small restaurants for a break in the middle of this soothing setting.

un village qui porte bien son nom
Un charme fou ce village pas très connu, et pourtant avec son magnifique château sur son promontoire, son village typique de Touraine avec ses maisons en tuffeau, sur petite rivière l'Indrois et ses berges aménagées, sa halle, tout y ait pour vous ravir.

Un des plus beaux villages de France où il fait bon se promener au dessus de la rivière Indrois. Les ruelles pavées conduisent au Château de style Renaissance au sein d'une forteresse médiévale, château qui mérite la visite et abrite collections d'objets d'art et expositions temporaires. Tout proche la Collégiale Saint-Jean-Baptiste où vous pourrez voir trois gisants.

Après-midi au calme à Montrésor. Un circuit est symbolisé au sol afin de voir la ville et ses monuments sous tous les angles. N'hésitez pas à y faire un tour !

C'est très joli. Le cadre est superbe un beau château mais c'est surtout l'environnement du village qui est super. Des petits ruelles médiévales, un vieux lavoir sur la rivière avec une très joli vue sur le château.
Une belle ballade à faire dans ce très beau village.

Montrésor is part of the association of " Most Beautiful villages of France" and it is interesting, with its cardeux Market, its castle, its collegiate church, its quiet side streets and walk along Indrois, the river that passes to Montrésor. This walk along the water allows you to admire the village.
