In their friendly little restaurant on the banks of the Loire, Maryse and Stéphane offer a seasonal cuisine menu, based on quality ingredients selected from local producers. The gentleman is in the kitchen, the lady is in the dining room. As for trends, the restaurant offers a traditional local cuisine, so Tourangelle, hence the name! But whether you know the specialities of the region or not, you are always charmed by what you can taste. Note the beautiful terrace, with 24 seats, pleasant in fine weather and shaded. The room can accommodate 30 people, and you can admire magnificent paintings for the pleasure of the eyes, as important as that of the taste buds!

La cuisine et l'accueil sont parfaits ! En tête à tête, c'est un bon et beau moment que de partager le plaisir du Fait Maison. Un peu froid cependant dans le restaurant ...

Un univers gustatif soigné et innovant dans un cadre sophistiqué. Les assiettes ont été de véritables invitations au voyage et à l'émerveillement des sens! Ainsi en fut-il de ce merveilleux caramel de morilles sur la poire du dessert! Une créativité encadrée par un accueil chaleureux et disponible. Un voyage qui en invite un prochain.!

De passage par Montlouis fin novembre, nous avons déjeuné dans ce restaurant un samedi. Nous en gardons un excellent souvenir : le service est attentionné, les plats sont « beaux et bons ». On sent que les produits sont de qualité et qu’il y a un vrai travail de recherche très appréciable ????. Continuez ainsi !
