A little more than a fitness room! For over twenty years, we've been offering a space dedicated to relaxation and well-being, with marine treatments, facials, Cellu M6 slimming treatments, sauna and hammam. On the sports side, there are pool sessions with aquagym, aquatraining and aquabike, as well as group fitness classes in the gym: body pump, step, Pilates, zumba... For the more experienced, the weight training area is self-service, with the option of personalized cardio-training and weight training. Various subscriptions are available for periods of three to twenty-four months, with session-based formulas also available. With the Power Plate® and TRX systems, a sports coach provides personalized advice and follow-up, and sessions can be taken in 10s, 20s, 30s or 50s, depending on your needs. It's a great way to do yourself good and have fun at the same time! What's more, your subscription to one of the Océades gyms gives you access to the others.
