CERCLE DU BON ACCORD

Boule de Fort is a traditional game of the Loire Valley that closely resembles pétanque, except that the balls used have one side heavier than the other, causing an imbalance. The court also has raised sides. The Cercle du bon accord is one of the oldest associations in Chinon. It offers initiations to the boule de fort, even to the youngest. Once a member, one can consider participating in competitions. Board games and friendly meals allow everyone to get together.
