HIPPODROME DE GRIGNY

In the heart of the Loire Anjou Touraine Regional Natural Park, Chinon is not only known for its history, its fortress and its wines... The city is famous for its horse races, which have been a highlight of the summer season since 1903. Thus, horse tourism is added to the other attractions of the Rabelais region. During each meeting, the public can follow 7 to 9 trotting races. Horses, often young, compete on this 1,500-meter track, where trainers test them. People come for the show and to play in all simplicity.
