Since 2025, a new team has been in place (Henry Archard - Étienne Bouchard, head of bar Le XV), but the same site on the banks of the Vienne, near a wide beach and facing Chinon's superb royal fortress. 100% guinguette spirit, with chalet and wood furnishings. On the plate, it's all local with rillons, rillettes, saucissons, cheeses and daily specials accompanied by Chinon wines and local beers. Entertainment, concerts and tea dances are also on the program. Surely one of Touraine's finest guinguettes.
