Built in the 13th century, the Château de Pray became a residence during the Renaissance and Madame Alphonse Daudet even chose to live there in the 20th century. La table est au même niveau.
À noter quelques originalités qui méritent d'être soulignées (car tous les étoilés ne font pas forcément preuve d'audace) : faisselle de chèvre macérée au foin, pain au raisin totalement revisité.
En ce qui concerne le service, il n'y a absolument rien à redire : le personnel a témoigné d'un grand professionnalisme.
