The ratings and reviews below reflect the subjective opinions of members and not the opinion of The Little Witty.
The cottage was dirty, as were crockery and glasses in the cupboards. There was a smelly damp mop in the cupboard for storing clothes and various other concerns that we raised about the accommodation with the staff that were on site.
It had a neglected feel and when we raised our concerns the senior member of staff who came to help clean the cottage expressed anger with us for raising these concerns. She shouted at us that we were just looking for problems. This was an awful experience that really affected our holiday.
We raised a complaint with the owners by email and we were given a couple of bottles of wine and some money off but there was no acknowledgment of the aggression shown by the staff.
For this money we expected much much more (and got it elsewhere on the same holiday).
