Château de l'Islette was once home to sculptors Rodin and Camille Claudel. It was for them a place of creation and a source of inspiration. Classified as a historic monument, this Renaissance tufa stone building stands on the banks of the Indre River. The current owners have opened it up to visitors, who can explore the Grande Salle, adorned with magnificent paintings, and its monumental fireplace. You'll also admire the chapel on the first floor.
