This confectionery combines contemporary decor with the charm of the "Maison Rouge", a magnificent listed building. Clothilde Loiseau's store stocks Michel Cluizel chocolates, Mariage Frères teas and Médicis dragées. Don't miss the Griottines, spirits, numerous sweets and other Berrichonne specialties. The house is mentioned by George Sand in one of her novels, and today offers a replica of its crystal service, fashioned by the artisans of the La Rochère crystal works.

Open Tuesday to Saturday, 9:30am to 12:30pm and 3pm to 7pm; Sunday, 10am to 12:30pm. Opening hours and days extended at Easter and in December.

Confiserie Saint-Yves welcomes you to a charming 15th-century timber-framed house in La Châtre en Berry, in the heart of the Vallée Noire de l'Indre. Founded over 43 years ago, it offers a rigorous selection of quality products from prestigious houses and recognized craftsmen. Here, Clothilde Loiseau offers a wide range of artisan chocolates, in the form of ballotins, individual bites and tablets. Michel Cluizel chocolates are sure to impress. Nougats, fruit jellies, calissons and many other sweets are also available to satisfy your sweet tooth. Médicis sugared almonds and Barnier candies deserve special mention. We also offer regional specialties such as Cocoripop pralines, Nançay sablés and Forestines de Bourges. In the confectionery aisles, you'll find a fine selection of Mariage Frères teas and whisky from the Peureux distillery. You'll also find a range of tasting items such as cups, mugs and teapots. You'll easily find great decoration and gift ideas to please your loved ones. It's a world entirely dedicated to gourmet pleasures!
