LA CAPRICIEUSE
La Capricieuse, the Berry liqueur that proves goat's milk is good in cheese... but even better as an aperitif!
La Capricieuse is a liqueur made in Berry, created in 2016, based on goat's milk. The aim of its inventors, Alexandre Rizotto and Nicolas Guillotteau, was to pay tribute to a Berry totem animal and create a fresh, pleasant drink based on milk and fruit, coffee or even chocolate. Today, it can be found in many local shops and delicatessens, such as Maison du Parc in Rosnay, Instant Goû'thé in La Châtre, V and B stores or directly on their website.
