La Capricieuse is a new aperitif created in 2016 from goat's milk. The goal of its inventors, Alexandre Rizotto and Nicolas Guillotteau, is to pay tribute to a totem animal from Berry and create a fresh and pleasant drink. The liquor is at 17°. It is available in many local shops and delicatessens, at the Maison du Fromage de Pouligny-Saint-Martin, the Réserve du 20 d'Argenton-sur-Creuse, the Maison du Parc de Rosnay, the Instant Goû'thé de La Châtre, for example. La Capricieuse is made from goat's milk (and now also cow's milk) from the Jacquin dairy. Flavours are added: honey or aromatic herbs, chestnut or caramel, apple or gingerbread...
