Valérie and Jean-Charles Pellerin offer pastries, chocolates and ice cream. You can enjoy sparkling, crunchy, melting cakes... all more beautiful than the other. The company also produces nougat. The pastry combines tradition (pumpkin in autumn) and originality (frangipane pistachio-griotte cake, all chocolate flutes). Every year new products are introduced, such as the pineapple-Malibu frangipane cake in January 2018 or the citrus fruit cake. It is always a delight for the eyes to admire the chocolate art pieces.
