A former footballer, Clément Dorangeon was forced to change direction following an injury. Having been passionate about pastry-making for many years, he decided to move into this field. Since 2021, with Le Goûter de Clément, he has been concocting pastries and brunches. Everything is homemade, using as much local produce as possible.
Pastries that you can order and pick up on site or at Les Halles de Châteauroux. A delivery service is also available, notably at several local events throughout the year where you can order a brunch.
