Before opening L'Atelier des Envies, Nelly Vossier travelled far and wide to train with prestigious institutions. What she came away with was an expertise in the crafting of chocolates and pastries, made from selected local products wherever possible.
For her, there's no question of superfluity: it's all about getting straight to the point with beautiful creations, but above all, taste! Her patisserie is also an opportunity to defend values such as eco-responsibility, the transmission of know-how, and female entrepreneurship.
