Created in 1883, the Châteauroux racecourse remains a major horseracing venue in the Indre region. Of course, there are no races every week, but you can expect three or four meetings a year, generally between August and October.
As the calendar changes each year, you'll need to find out in advance, notably on their website, where the provisional calendar of races to be held at the racecourse during the current year is indicated.
